46th Annual Northglenn Judo Tournament 2014 Entry Form
Attached please find the entry form to the Northglenn tournament Sept 20th , Northglenn Rec Center.
Entry packages and fees by mail must be postmarked by September 15, 2014 in order to receive the discount

Dear members, our tournament entry form for the 19th Annual Albert Tagawa Memorial Shiai Oct 11th is available and attached. I will be sending out a request for tournament help and volunteers soon.
I have not seen or received an entry form for the Northglenn tournament yet. Stay tuned.
